All divisions were affected by the economic crisis and sales dropped by a double-digit percentage. Pressure on margins increases strongly. Measures to save costs have impact and allow for a positive operating result. Owing to consistent management of net current assets, there is a high operating cash flow.

The CPH Group is an industrial company specializing in the production and distribution of chemicals, papers and packaging films. CPH is active throughout the world with production plants in Switzerland, Germany, Ireland and the USA.

Headquarters and roots of this longestablished firm are in Switzerland. The Chemicals division is based on the oldest, still-active Swiss chemicals producer dating back to 1818; the Paper division goes back to 1873. CPH’s shares have been listed on the Swiss Stock Market’s SWX Local Caps Exchange since 2001.
